What can you expect?

Lobster Bistro, located on the top floor of Galerie Šantovka, offers a culinary experience built on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every morning until 11:00, you can enjoy a selection of savory and sweet breakfasts, while from lunch through the evening, a weekly menu with five main dishes and a daily soup awaits you. Our chefs are also happy to surprise you with seasonal specialties. In addition to hot dishes, a deli counter offers a variety of treats—salami, cheeses, bread, desserts, and sandwiches—that you can take with you. The drink menu includes prosecco by the glass, wines, homemade lemonades, specialty teas, and freshly ground coffee. Every Sunday, we offer a brunch, the only regular one in Olomouc. In the summer, you can relax on our terrace with a view of the historic city center. The bistro is led by chef Robin Kunc, who honed his craft in Prague's La Collezione restaurants and through training in top Michelin-starred venues across Europe.
