About us
The Lobster Group is one of the largest hospitality groups in Moravia. Within our portfolio, we offer an Italian restaurant, a stylish bistro, a canteen for the 21st century under the command of our Michelin-star chef Roman Paulus, a BBQ and Grill street stall, a food truck with the original Neapolitan pizza, the most modern bowling centre in our region, a winery in the French Bordeaux and a redesigned military fortress from the Austria-Hungary era now catering for unique events.
